TMEasy system costs less than the combined applications and people it replaces. With 

off-the-shelf programs you typically get the bare minimum of features, requiring you to purchase 

and use other programs and enter your data multiple times. TMEasy is a completely customized 

application for Construction Material Testing (CMT) companies.  The streamlined processes using 

the software could result in savings up to 2 to 4 FTEs depending on the size of your company. 

In addition, one has to consider the indirect cost savings of mailing reports, tracking of un-invoiced 

work and increased productivity.

Enterprise Site License: This option provides an unlimited number of user connections to the 

software.  The number of users is only limited by the database server license. This option 

requires a subscription to one of our Annual Maintenance options. 

Subscription Plan: This option provides the same features as the 

Enterprise Site License while allowing for a low initial investment followed by small monthly 

payments.  This option requires a 2 year commitment anda subscription to one of our 

Annual Maintenance options. 

Source Code Purchase: For companies equipped with a proficient IT development 

staff, we offer the option of licensing the source code for use within the client’s 

organization.  Support plans are not applicable under this option and may affect 

the ability to upgrade in the future.

In addition where necessary, application customization is possible for each option 

for an hourly development cost. Our support plans include telephone access to our Technical Support 

organization and a variety of other support services. The level of support your business requires 

will determine the plan that best fits your needs.
