TMEasy has been designed conforming to windows GUI standards and the screens and work flow 

is very intuitive to the users. In most cases users will be up and running with in few hours of using

the system for first time. The learning curve for users is very short and generally users become proficient in 

using the application very quickly. We also encourage companies to develop "super user" who will be well informed

about the functionality of the product. Same standards are adapted across all screens for adaptation to 

the users easily. As part of the product purchase a 4 hour training session will be held at the client 

site once product is completely installed over the LAN or WAN. 

In addition the product also comes with extensive documentation for each module which makes training

non-essential. We do offer training as part of the product sale and also offer additional training for extra cost

when required. Technical help is always an email away. We also keep updating the FAQ section of this website 

very frequently to keep adding questions from user community.
