The following section
details an overview of work flow in TMEasy for proper
understanding of the product. For any job to be setup in
the system some reference or master data needed in the
system. This information is generally entered into the
system by data entry team or administrative staff.
Before TMEasy can start
generating reports managers or super users configure
system for few options based on the company
requirements. These activities are to be controlled by
managers or super users or administrators of the system.
The above
tasks are one time activities and none of the
information needs to be entered into the system twice.
One time data entry is the fundamental principle all
over TMEasy and information entered in any screen is
available for use in all other screens.
